SOME GENERAL RULES FOR MEMBERSHIP

• Membership in the society shall be granted as per provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws of the society.
• The applicant shall provide the following documents together with his membership application form obtained from the office of the society free of cost



a) Photo	03 Passport Size Latest
b) Aadhaar Card	Compulsory
c) PAN Card	Compulsory
d) Residential Proof	(i) Electricity Bill (ii) Water Bill (iii) Telephone Bill (iv) LPG Bill (v) Passport (Latest Copy of Any One)
e) Photo of the Nominee	01
f) Aadhar Card of the Nominee	01
(NOTE:- PHOTOCOPY OF ALL THE DOCUMENTS ARE MANDATORY TO BE SELF ATTESTED)

• It would be prerogative of the Managing Committee to admit or not admit the member of the society as per provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws.
• A person living outside Delhi, below 18 years of age, bankrupt, insane or who is a member of any other society cannot become a member of this society.
• The society shall not grant Associate/Nominal Membership, only share holder membership shall be granted.
• Fully filled in and signed application form free from over writing/cuttings and corrections duly endorsed by one eligible introducer member.
• The member who is already defaulter in payment of his loan installments or stood surety to a member making default in payment of loan installments, shall not be eligible to introduce a new applicant for membership.
• Being satisfied with the applicant, the managing committee may grant relaxation from submission of any of the above said documents.
• All members are requested that if you change your residence, office or place of business, then immediately give written information about the new address and phone number to the office.
• Any other documents asked by the managing committee to satisfy its doubt at any point.
• All the members are requested to come to the office of the society between 1st to 10th of every month and read the information given on the notice and get the information. Because sending every information to you through letter is very expensive and not even possible.
• AMOUNT DEPOSITED AT THE TIME OF MEMBERSHIP :-
  
  • Admission Fee : Rs. 1000/- Non refundable for any condition
  • Share Money : Rs. 5000/- Min. upto Rs. 20,000/- Max.
  • Compulsory Deposit (CD) : Rs.50/- Per Month

Note:- Membership fees have to be deposit within seven days of membership being approved.
